Chinnerys is the main live music venue in Southend and the surrounding area (with a large capacity it is also the biggest and features one of the largest stages on this circuit) regularly playing host to major signed touring acts as well as showcasing a wide array of local talent.

In the last few years we have played host to such contemporary acts as - Babyshambles, The Libertines, The Arctic Monkeys, Snow Patrol, Lost Prophets, The Bluetones, The Automatic, Hard-Fi, The Hoosiers, Jamie T, The Charlatans, The Maccabees, Scouting For Girls, The Klaxons etc. along with stalwarts such as Bad Manners, The Blockheads and Billy Bragg.

By train from London Fenchurch Street to Southend Central
Walk down the High Street, Pier Hill and along Marine Parade to Chinnerys

By train from London Liverpool Street to Southend Victoria
Cross over the roads to the Odeon Cinema opposite then walk down the High Street, Pier Hill

By Car
From the M25 take either the A127 or A13 to Southend
Follow the signs to the Town Centre. At the Victoria Gateway roundabout take the exit signposted Seafront (Queensway). Follow the road down to the next roundabout. Take the exit to the right and park in the Seaview Car Park. Walk down Lucy Road to the seafront and turn right on Marine Parade and walk along to Chinnerys.
