Better Queensway Project

Better Queensway is a long term project that will completely change the Queensway area in the coming years. This will be done through the creation of an improved and growing community made up of high quality housing, community facilities, early learning facilities, shops, and improvements to the public spaces, environment and road network.

As part of the project there is also the opportunity to alter the roads in the area to improve access from the housing to the rest of the town centre. The project will also seek to encourage walking, cycling and the use of public transport.
